The Black Cat Ball

Poe Baltimore is thrilled to partner with the Mobtown Ballroom for a Halloween fundraiser. Located in historic Pigtown, the Mobtown Ballroom has become one of Baltimore’s hottest venues for dances, live music, and general mayhem.  On Halloween night, this restored 1870s church will be the site for the Black Cat Ball.  Baltimore’s own Bosley, recently named number one on Baltimore Magazine’s “Hip List,” will perform his own brand of swinging music. It promises to be a “not to be missed” event… for the benefit of Poe Baltimore and the permanent opening of the Edgar Allan Poe House.

Tickets will be $25, and include Halloween treats

Doors open at 8.

Costumes encouraged…come as Edgar Allan Poe, a black cat, or one of Poe’s characters and be entered to win a special Poe prize.
