EXHIBIT CALL to visual artists: FREE entry for up to three flat (wall-hung) artworks for our first curated benefit exhibition, POE-Zella! Deadline by email: 5pm Dec. 28.

You set the minimum bid price, with a 50/50 split of the profits when the work sells in Poe Baltimore’s benefit silent auction. This is our first exhibit featuring Poe-inspired framed paintings, drawings, prints, photos, or any other flat 2D-work that will hang on a wall, and will be on view in January at Zella’s.

Yes–inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s life or work. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean artworks including his visage or familiar “Poe” characters—we’ll leave the interpretation to you. Simply put, we’re looking for dynamic artworks that (at the core) represent the visual expression of Poe’s influence on your own work as a visual artist.

Not much more time until work is due, so please SHARE this post with pals to pass the word We have press lined up and want this to be a memorable and great exhibit.

Want to attend our events or buy works? Please check out our invitation here on FB.
