About this event:
What could be more Halloween than Black Cats and Edgar Allan Poe? Nothing, that’s what. Heads up: mark your calendars and start crafting your costumes for the 4th annual Black Cat Ball at Mobtown Ballroom, benefiting Poe Baltimore and the Edgar Allan Poe House.
This year, the party will feature the award-winning, roof-raising sounds of The Grandsons, known as “American music in a blender with the lid off.”
Be sure your costume allows for crazy dance moves to an eclectic whirlpool of New Orleans rhythm and blues, rockabilly, swing, and country two steps.
All this for just $15 (plus whatever you spend at the bar, and believe us, they know how to make a wicked drink. Seriously.) Tickets available at the door.
Don’t dare miss this killer party – as in killer gorilla, buried in a wine cellar, dead under the floorboards killer party. Evermore…
